Julia was our intern in 2022 and has now officially joined our team as an associate photographer. Photography has been Julia’s passion since she was 7 years old, and she hasn’t ever stopped capturing memories. Julia is a simple human and a lover of small moments. Her ideal night is cozying up under a warm blanket, reading poetry, and journaling. Apart from camping with her friends in the summertime, you can find Julia hanging out with her chinchilla — Milo. Julia LOVES capturing real and raw love stories and aims to create a safe space for every human.

Marina has been working with Julianna MB Photography since 2021 and is an amazing addition to the team. Driven by a passion for documenting the people and world around her, Marina has been taking photos for as long as she can remember. Marina fell in love with photography as a way of telling stories through the beauty of everyday moments — a true celebration of life. Marina also loves running and hiking around Minnesota, testing out new recipes in her kitchen, and knitting at breweries.

I began my photography business in January of 2020 and have captured over 50 weddings (& have cried happy tears at EVERY SINGLE ONE). I am incredibly honored to be a witness to countless love stories. My other passions include camping, working on home updates, and sipping on black coffee while playing board games.

2023 — The Present
My business grew, and I added an intern, associate photographers, and videography to my business. Now, we’re able to serve more couples, and I get to work with an astounding team!! I also started mentoring new photographers + videographers.
2021 — The Team Grew
I purchased a camera, took courses, and spent countless hours on YouTube + Google. After spending months of practicing, I opened my business on Jan. 1st, 2020. Since then, I’ve photographed 100+ sessions, 50+ weddings, and an immeasurable amount of love.
